Get it in writing - I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and was told I’d get a power charge converter so I could charge at Tesla chargers - never got it and they want over $400. The overall experience was okay, but could have certainly been better. There wasn't any discussion about the vehicles price, we showed interest in the vehicle and immediately the focus went into getting approval for financing and there was no further discussion once that was obtained. The Vehicle was also provided to us with less and half a tank of gas, which is never been my experience with purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. We also noticed, right after leaving the dealership that one of the sensors in the front was slightly detached and facing downward which has caused for it to alarm at unnecessary times. The light over the rear license plate has also since popped out, so it was never secured prior to leaving the dealership. We also requested that they look at repairing the passenger side rearview mirror, which they did, but they simply superglued it together and the quality was so poor the salesman even mentioned how he could visually see the glue that oozed out at the seam. Lastly, within the first week I have already had the Porsche stability management light come on causing for their to be acceleration issues while trying to merge onto the interstate which poses safety concerns. I have reached out to the dealership about my concerns, there has been no further communication or responses which is also concerning on how their business is conducted. I would like to mention that Kris Choros was very helpful when it came to discussing warranty options. The first options that we were presented with were obviously higher priced and it didn't seem like anyone really investigated further to try and secure us a better deal. Kris went the extra mile to get us longer coverage and at a better rate than what we were originally first offered.

Gregory Hyundai is exceptional!!! My 2020 Palisade needed an engine replacement due to sever oil consumption. Hyundai honored their commitment to their TSB for this problem that was verified for failure. Kandace and the service tech's ensured my satisfaction and resolve the problem in an unheard of 24 hours from the service appointment. No longer do I hear the rattle when I pull off nor see the oil dip stick black in color after an oil change. This a unique dealership that stands out from the rest!!!

I was disappointed with the customer service. They had to take our car apart, which I understand, but then we were told we had to wait for a part and it would be 6 more days until our car would be ready. No loaner was offered, and I was lied to when I asked if we could pick up our car and then bring it back when the part was in. I was told my car was unsafe to drive, but it turns out it wasn't, it just hadn't been put back together and they didn't want to do that. Then, charged me an hour of labor to put it back together in order to drive it. Also, we were originally told that the car would be repaired on Monday, but when I picked it up (on Thursday) our service rep said she wasn't working Friday or Monday, so we have to call Tuesday to set up an appointment. It has been a really frustrating and upsetting experience.

The intake process wasn’t very smooth. There should be more help at the front to ensure a better experience when coming for service. Same goes for the pickup. We originally had a good experience until we had a few warning lights pop up on our 2026 vehicle we just purchased (with less than 20 miles on it). Turns out the vehicle had hidden damage and a possible accident that was no disclosed to us or reported to carfax. It appeared the damage was covered up and a camera/sensor was superglued back on under the bumper. We have been out a car over 2 weeks now due to this damage.

Found out the text link was extremely incomplete. Was getting huge 'bait & gouge" vibes on this whole process. Asked for an estimate to total cost. Was given a amount . . was more than I was expecting . . but that was OK. Asked if the estimate included taxes. "No". Kinda expected that because at this point I felt I was getting 'played' by service department. Asked if the estimate include a tire rotation. Was told "Yes". Reminded them I specifically asked NOT to have tires rotated. Waited another 2 hours before service was completed. Was informed at check out there was a 2% service charge for credit cards ($25 in this case). Wish I would known that up front. Guess that is par for the course at Gregory . . 'keep the customers uniformed'. Was escorted to my car. Noticed a panel of some sort laying on the floor board. Had to have service department person installed the panel. This was my third visit to Gregory Service Department . . each visit gets worse. Based on this visit, TRUST is a problem ('bait & gouge'), CARING FOR THE CUSTOMER is a problem (I asked specifically not to rotate the tires) , and QUALITY OF SERVE is a problem (didn't properly finish the job by not reinstalling a panel cover . . very shoddy). Was a bad experience. Definately had a 'taken advantage of' feeling during this visit. I feel this is a management/leadership problem. That said, for all the runners out there, the bike trail adjacent to Gregory Hyundai is awesome!

Two hours for an oil change, with an appointment. They were very busy. What are appointments for?? Annoying music through the crappy dealer sound system. Confusion on their part as to whether I should be at the "Hyundai" dealer where I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis in June, 2014 and had the appointment, or the "Genesis" dealer a few miles north that came along around 2017 when the Hyundai Genesis was spun off as its own Genesis brand. If it had been a warm day, I would have waited outside to avoid the music.

Ask for Amin. He is kind, courteous, and respectful. Both my wife and I like him. Amin did not try to upsell or oversell. He was transparent and honest. We went in a couple of times and were always greeted with a handshake and a smile. When I had questions Amin responded quickly. This was the first Hyundai I have purchased and so far I love it and so do my wife and kids.

Felix was friendly and professional throughout the process. However, our purchase was fairly straightforward — I was looking for a used car for my son, and they had one we'd found online at a good price. That said, I was disappointed by the additional fees. The documentation fee was explained away as something "all dealers charge," and then there was an Ikon Connect device on the vehicle. I asked twice about having it removed or waiving the charge, but was told that all their cars come with it and that even a salesperson buying from their own dealership would have to pay for it. Between the doc fee and the Ikon device, roughly $1,000 was added to the cost — a significant amount on a used car. What bothers me most is that my requests were dismissed without ever being escalated to a manager. I was already hours into the process and admittedly not in the best headspace to push back further, so I let it go. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t. The experience has left me with some buyer's remorse. Despite having a Hyundai EV on my radar later this year, I won’t be returning to this dealership. A little more willingness to work with me on a reasonable request could have made all the difference.

Worst service! If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my car in, was completely ignored. Finally checked in with someone and was told my car would be ready in 1 hour. 6 hours later my car was not ready and there had been zero communication. I finally just showed up and there was no acknowledgement that my entire day had been ruined due to a complete lack of communication.
