Service appointment was for two recalls, easy to make appointment, drop vehicle at 8am and then pick up later that day. Good documentation on what work was finished and they cleaned vehicle as well. Similar to past service visits I’ve had with this dealer. Whom I purchased the vehicle from.

I got an oil change from the dealership and after a few months the oil started to leak due to a loose screw. The oil leak caused some other damage but after a few conversations they fixed the issues free of charge.
The service center (particularly Philip) was extremely professional. I felt that things were explained to me and was confident in the recommendations and work completed.

I am avery long time LOYAL costomer of this Dealership. For many yerars all of our cars was purchest at this Dealership.Going back when Michael was the office Manager. They have so much patience to explain all the features on the SUV . Cathy who sits at the front is very pleasant too . Great service.

The car evaluation report showed I needed transmission fluid replacement and coolant replacement. Both were probably on scheduled maintenance for a car my age. However, I had both done in April and I had contacted in late May, early June, the service dept to update their records. I told Kandice and she took care of it.

Dealership is great. The process they have in place is good. Facility is very good. Only downside is the pricing is rather high. The labor charge is inflated.

Candy, the service associate was great!! When she called to tell me that my car was ready, I asked if they had taken care of an issue and when she looked and noticed that it was not, she got it resolved by the time I got there. Also , Susie, was great and a pleasure to work with.

Gregory Hyundai is exceptional!!! My 2020 Palisade needed an engine replacement due to sever oil consumption. Hyundai honored their commitment to their TSB for this problem that was verified for failure. Kandace and the service tech's ensured my satisfaction and resolve the problem in an unheard of 24 hours from the service appointment. No longer do I hear the rattle when I pull off nor see the oil dip stick black in color after an oil change. This a unique dealership that stands out from the rest!!!

The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was I had originally scheduled my service for the week prior. They sent a confirmation of that appointment the day before. But when I arrived they didn't have the part to complete the service. So we had to reschedule for the following week. I guess I would suggest if you are going to take the time to confirm, maybe check to see you have the parts needed. Other than that I had a good experience.
