There is so much new technology in the new cars. My last car was a 13 year old Lexus. So, there is a lot to learn. When asked, all were very willing to help, but I still don't understand all that I need to know. I will be calling with my questions and am sure they will be helpful.

Had a good experience. The finance team was able to apply coupon deductions to reduce the total cost to a reasonable level. Was able to come back later with my wife and everything was ready.

Based on previous experiences the general car shopping process can be stressful, combative, and generally unpleasant. This dealership is near my home, so all things being equal, I leaned toward this dealership. But, if I wasn't able to negotiate a good price compared to a lower price offered by another dealer, even if it was farther from my home, I would have gone where I could get the lowest price. I'm always alert to not get low balled. If they tried to low ball, I would not buy from that dealer. If they renig on the price, I wouldn't buy it there.
