The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was I had originally scheduled my service for the week prior. They sent a confirmation of that appointment the day before. But when I arrived they didn't have the part to complete the service. So we had to reschedule for the following week. I guess I would suggest if you are going to take the time to confirm, maybe check to see you have the parts needed. Other than that I had a good experience.

Ask for Amin. He is kind, courteous, and respectful. Both my wife and I like him. Amin did not try to upsell or oversell. He was transparent and honest. We went in a couple of times and were always greeted with a handshake and a smile. When I had questions Amin responded quickly. This was the first Hyundai I have purchased and so far I love it and so do my wife and kids.

Grant treated me as a businessperson and not as a car buyer vs. a car salesman. He listened to every word I said and followed through. Adrian was great in delivering the car to my home and assisting me in programming the Home Link. Also helped me through the issue of the need for an adapter for my ev charging station.

I found the dealership to be easy to work with as we selected our preferred model . The process of getting the car took much longer than expected and, unfortunately, we missed out on several year end incentives. We wanted a color combination that is less common, therefore it took about four weeks for the car to arrive. The day of the car purchase was really arduous, and the finance manager did not seem interested in moving quickly. I would definitely give low marks for the day-of process.
I recently purchased an ioniq 6 SE which is nearly impossible to find near Chicago. Gregory had a few left and still provided me with a very transparent sales process. I am grateful to Adrian and Chris who made the process seamless because I needed to secure the car by end of day and needed to run numbers over phone/text because I didn’t have a car to take me to different dealerships.
